The marketplace

SpareX is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent vendors. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, fulfillment of their own orders, and compliance with applicable law in what they sell.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Orders and quotes

Placing an order or submitting an RFQ is a request to purchase or be quoted - it is not final until the vendor confirms. Prices, availability, and specifications are set by the vendor and may change.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of SpareX after a change means you accept the update.
