SpareX collects the information needed to run the marketplace: your account details, order and shipping information, and messages exchanged with vendors through RFQs.
What we use it for
- Processing your orders and RFQs, and connecting you with the relevant vendor.
- Account features like order history and saved details.
- Communicating about your orders, quotes, and account.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Vendor KYC documents (ID, business license) are kept private and are only ever visible to platform administrators reviewing that shop's application - never shown publicly.
